I went to Japan last year from 21 - 26 December with my two sons aged 6 and 11.
The weather is not very cold outside the street and indoor had warm air.
We went to Disneyland on 24th (Christmas eve). To my surprise, there were not many people before 3pm (? - cheaper rate after 3pm). We played 15 games during our stay from 8am - 7:15pm.
You better take ANA and stay in Keio Plaza. ANA landed in Terminal 1 that means you are faster than other people (taking CX) to go through the Immigration. We spent 15 minutes only.
There is free shuttle bus to and from Keio Plaza and Disney land/sea. We took the bus on 0630 and arrived Disneyland at 7am. There were a lot of people already. We left on 1915 and arrived the hotel at 2015. We all slept on the bus as we were very tired!

Before I will travel by CX only. But I think ANA has better service and food. My son even said he wanted to take ANA's flight to UK if ANA has.
It was very rush (November) to decide to go to Japan in December. My son was 11 years old and could pay child rate.
My agent is the sole agent for ANA's package. She took 1 week to find the flight tickets for me. Keio Plaza allows our family of four (sons aged 11, 6) to stay in one room.
We booked a twin room but Keio Plaza gave us a three person room. Very big - has two 4 feet beds (actually can put one 4 feet bed more).
