I had bad experience too. I waited for 4 .5 months for applying the maid from Megsea and obviously nobody follow up. When the maid came to work for 3 days, she asked for leave. Ms. Lo didn't provide service and just asked me to wait her call. I didn't receive the call and the maid insisted to leave. Luckily we insisted our maid to sign a termination letter before we sent her back to Megasea. When we talked with Ms. Lo, she admitted our maid terminated the contract by herself so she helped me to sign the Notification of termination letter with the maid. But when we requested to settle all the compensation including the one month salary the maid should pay us, Ms Lo said she did not agree the maid broke the contract by herself. Just about two weeks after we informed the immigration of the termination of the maid contract, we were notified by Labour department we were claimed HK$6000 by our maid. When we discussed with Ms. Lo of megasea and asked her to change a new maid for us, she requested us to clear all the compensation to maid; otherwise she would not provide any service
In this case, Ms Lo lie to us and also Labour department. She only wanted us to pay the maid without considered our rights. It is a worst agent I ever seen !!!
