Healthy Times 'Cereal' (URGENT)

I have buy the mixed grain cereal today. But, I have problem that how to mix and serve?

And I also have problem on the box "recommend start baby with a single grain cereal". I have buy one is mixed grain cereal. It is wrong?

Everyboby have buy Healthy Times 'Cereal' to your baby, please give me your opinion.
