Can anybody give me some idea?

I just re-instored my Panasonic IP cam at home. I test run the cam website in two computers using IE and successfully saw the images. However, I can't see anything using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 - it even does not ask me whether I want to run the add-on or the active X.

So are the two devices not compatible? Or I have to set something in Samsung?
