Recently damaged one of the wheels on my stroller, phoned Chicco about repair, they say I can order one wheel and replace it by myself easily. However, there is no stock in Hong Kong, it will take FOUR MONTHS to order it. Of course I still need to buy it even though it is an unreasonable waiting time.
My baby is only 3.5 months, I bought the Cortina model, it is quite popular model, and not an old one, so I am very surprised it takes so long to order one wheel ! ! !
