TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The fares shown do not include pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change).
2. These sale fares must be booked and paid for by 03 March 2006.
3. Maximum stay is 12 months and minimum stay is 3 days.
4. Children (under 12) pay 75% of the full adult fare, infants (under 2) pay 75% of the full adult fare (exclusive of passenger taxes, fees charges and surcharges).
5. The sale fares are for outbound travel on selected flights between 09 February 2006 and 31 December 2006 inclusive. Please check the information above for exclusion dates and details.
6. Flying Club miles are awarded on selected flights. Please check at the time of booking.
7. All travel is strictly subject to availability. The number of seats available on each flight at the offer price is restricted and it is possible that the seats allocated to this offer on a particular flight may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes. Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.
8. Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available from Virgin Atlantic.
9. For Economy and Premium Economy fares, once a booking has been confirmed, date changes may be made by contacting Virgin Atlantic Airways. A charge of HK$300 per passenger will be made for each change for outbound travel. One free date change is permitted for inbound travel, and any further amendments to inbound travel will incur a HK$300 charge.
10. Passengers in Upper Class are able to amend bookings free of charge.
10. Wholely unused return tickets are refundable at a charge of HK$500. In all other cases tickets are non-refundable.
11. In the event that a passenger fails to present themselves at the departure gate in time for boarding a penalty of HK$600 will also apply.
12. Once tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
13. Fares and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and these fares are not valid in conjunction with other promotional fares, flying club, reward tickets, compensation letters or upgrades.
