我29／12訂，到宜家只係收到confirmation email，send email問cs又冇人覆。銀行話已granted authorization，只係對方一直唔過數，究竟發生咩事呀？

我訂英國個邊，不過我有張單1／1訂，又係一直未dispatch, send email 問覆我pending for bank process. 頭先我再打去銀行問，銀行話係佢地個邊唔過數但銀行已經hold左個數比佢地。問完冇兩個鐘就收到email話ship啦！唔知關唔關事，不過你可以打去銀行問下

我4/1 下午訂，5/1收到Order shipped email，等收貨中。你send email問cs有否quote order number呀？

我訂咗3次，12月28號及1日1號訂的今天5點幾收到。我要return 三盒尤其相架因幾花。有無人return 過?

我就係一直都收唔到shipped email先奇怪，check過銀行果邊冇問題，send咗兩次email問佢又唔覆，好過分！

First lot ordered on 28 dec received email confirmation shipped on 1 jan, received package today 7 janSecond lot ordered on 1 jan, received email confirmation shipped on 4 jan, received package also today 7 jan
Third lot ordered on Europe website on 5 jan, not yet rec any email

Very satisfied with the small bead charms, they are pretty and inexpensive. The umbrella is the best looking among all the charms I ordered, cloud also nice as heavy with stones. Swan is light weighted but good looking. I ordered 20 bead charms, 2 mr men charms and 2 mr men bead charms. I want to return mr men bead charms as I can't see clearly who they are.
