Tell her \"be a brave girl\", falling is no big deal, get up by your self and move on.
My girl falls quite frequently after she started walking - I don\'t give any big responses if its just a small fall or scratch. If she cries i will just give her a rub and cuddle, and reassure her \"its ok, no big deal\". After a while, she will usually try to get up by herself and not cry.
teacher should have done more counselling at the time of incident.
explaining to her what.happened why she was hurt and that she didnt get hurt because she was bad and making the other kid apologise to her immediately could have prevented.her beibg scared of.gping to school.
i would.suggedt bringing her to playground and wait foe the.chance.when she was bullied and then you.comfort and counsell her properly to erase her bad memories.

it really depends on the family education of the attacking kid. some young kids are more than rough and they bully because they learn that at home from their parents.
I would not take it lightly.
just look at the recent news about a stupid p4 boy bullying another kid by twisting the testicles. that is not just naughty... the attacker must have come from a family where pornography , violence and foul language is the culture.
