I 'm one of the crew in cx,I'll suggest u just pump it on your seat,u don't have to feel embarrassed,a lot of mommy do that and remember you are doing the best thing for your baby.
use your own blanket to cover if you feel embarrassed,if u are sitting next to a man and if the flight is not full,try to ask the crew to swap seat for you if there is any vacancy.
If I were u,I won't pump it inside the toilet as we all known aircraft toilet is not that clean....
well,The reason why CX stop helping passengers to chill anything(including medicine/food) inside the chiller because the temperture of the aircraft's chiller is changing often,all of the chiller are filling with different foods,drinks,dirty tray....it will caused contamination if they put passenger's food together,and cx got a lot of complaints regarding this.
for crew themselves,I 'm sure they are more than happy to help but if they breaks the policy,they might got fired......
Giving ice to pax to chill their food is breaking the cx policy as well,u know some of nasty pax switch the story and complaint the crew after crew helping them,so bad.....
That's why cx have this policy starting from few years ago,this is not a new policy laaaaaa

有一次有個客向我complaint 有個mommy 無遮無掩地breast feeding,佢話好核突,叫我叫那mommy 入廁所餵,我有禮貌地回答佢:sir,if You feel hungry,u need to eat,so as baby right?thanks very much for your consideration .
佢無聲出........haha!
況且toilet 係如厠的地方,唔係食野的地方!!
