Dear all,

我將會下個月帶23個月囡囡去沙巴旅行,因為今次係第一次帶囡囡去旅行,同埋第一次去沙巴,請問我有乜野需要注意ka?如果唔join local tour,自己坐碼頭既船出島,咁去到島午餐有冇野食呢?有冇locker租用?另外,如果想食東星班係咪是旦一間餐廳就可以食呢?海王係咪有得食?貴唔貴?剩有就係我地想賣急凍老虎蝦,可以去邊度有得買丫?

我想在沙巴住Sutera Harbour Resort，住Pacific Sutera定Magellan Sutera好D呢?
1. 打算去5 days自遊行，搭港龍及馬航的來回程時間什樣呢? 有無旅行社介紹?
2. 是否有行程建議呢?
3. 市中心那裡有小朋友衫買，是否值得買?
4. 有什麼手信好?

I went there before, I stay in Magellan Sutera Hotel for 6 days, this is more expensive than Pacific Sutera, but I think it's worth, coz Magellan Sutera is very very beautiful both outside & inside, have balcony, but Pacific Sutera just a apartment, not a big different as other hotel.... Also both airline are the same, they are join venture. Both departure time from Hong Kong or Kota Kinabolu are in afternoon.
There are only 2 big shopping mall and you can find some outlet with cheaper price for clothing. You can find a tour guide from the Sutera Hotel (at ground floor). They have couple different journey every day. Normally you can join 1 per day and is a one day trip. For sovenire, you can buy some famous "ice-stick" with fruit flavour and they will pack it up for you and will not melt when you bring back to Hong Kong. The price is the same if you buy from shop or inside the airport. So in my opinion, you better buy in the airport then bring back. If you still have questions, pm me....

I just went to take a look for Tanjung Aru Resort, the outside is okay, but I have no idea inside. Also this hotel is far far away from city....If you stay there, you don't want to go out.

~$12 (malaysia money) from STAR to airport.

I don't think it is far far away from city, it takes ~10 mins taxi to downtown or by shuttlebus which is provided by hotel , $4 per person.

actually the room is big and the pools are beautiful, it is OK, I went to KK in 2005, and live in STAR for 3 days, my son and my husband enjoy very much.

when will you go to KK next month? I am planning to go within 17/2-24/2, this time I want to try Magellan , how about your trip?which agent did you call? price?any good suggestion?

我地將會20/3出發,24/3回港,搭港龍,已經book咗Magellan,你地仲未confirm幾時出發,唔知到時會唔會遇見呢?

因為今次係用積分換機票,只係需要自己book酒店,所以今次去旅行好抵呢!

我地暫時未確實行程,因為帶住囡囡,所以我地都唔會去好遠地方,只係想stay係酒店,同出去沙比島玩吓!其實4日真係好快就過,最緊要relax一下,同埋希望囡囡唔好太辛苦

係呢....你囝囝幾多歲丫?你地之前都去過沙巴,咁我地有乜野係需要注意ka?我想問沙巴係咪有蒸餾水賣ka?

actually, I still thinking when to go.
my son is 5 years old and my daughter is 7 months old now, last time to KK was 11/2005 , my son already ~ 4, so I haven't bring along water or brought in KK, only boil the water from the tap in hotel, but this time, I also want to know whether I need to bring water for my daughter to prepare the milk and cereal.
how much for the room in magellan? through which agent?

the room is seaview or garden view?my agent give me the price of garden view is $860, but it is $350(malaysia dollar) on the asia airline website, is it trustworthy?
