My 減肥方法 is take care of my 2 kids and do all the housework all by myself.
Because me and my husband, 2 kids are living in Melbourne alone (all families are in either NZ or HK). So I need to do everything all by myself.
No need to do exercises but already back to normal weights and tummy is getting smaller and smaller.
And the most important part is still a BIG EATER!!!
