Did you ask her the reason? If she don't want to work, the best solution is to let her go.
I've employed 2 maids. Both of them pulled long face to me after working for more than 3 months. I wait for them to resign, but they never! Then me and my daughter was forced to suffer:-( , and at last I need to fire them with $6XXX.- each! :cry:
