Here in HK we are proud of being an international city but look at the ways of those major developers in running their business - cheating HK people by selling 'smaller flats' and privatised public gardening area which is unknown to owners and some of them might have bought the flats because of the lovely park. I don't know how many more of these undercovered tricks have not been discolsed. The government should be blame on this issue and if these developers cannot run their business fair and justice - no more tricks, how dare we call HK an international city.
Can anyone provide statistics on how many 地 政 總 署 Senior Staff shifted to work with private developers after their retirement? That may be a very interesting story for councillors and media to follow up.
