我小B 食悶咗粥仔then 我煮白汁雞肉意粉小B好鍾意

材料:
雞肉(finely chop)
意枌(cook well, cut small)
牛油(unsalt)
全脂奶
洋蔥(finely chop)
菠菜(finely chop)
flour
Baby cheese

Hot pan add oil and 牛油,炒香洋蔥add 雞肉炒then add flour炒, all stir fine then add milk cheese 菠菜,意枌done!! try try la!!

2.蒸蛋

全脂奶(half bowl)
蛋一隻
all stir fine then steam for 12mins done!! I did add blueberries to feed my baby yummy!!

3. Mash potato and vegetables
材料:
Potato
vegetables (e.g tomato,carrot,califlower...)
beans(i use can cooked bean)
all steam well then mash it, done!!
P.S you can add with cheese and mash it taste good too.

請問在那裡買baby cheese 呢?
我在taste 買過日本的baby cheese, 但仍是很咸.

但我都想知邊度可以買到冇咁咸嘅baby cheese.

Welcome, Hope your baby like it la, nowaday baby like to try different texture of food and be a mum really not easy ar hehe...we try our best cook good healthy food for our little one la.

For the baby cheese I can't give u any suggestion where to buy coz I live in UK, but u can try find it at city supper or use chedder cheese I think not nesseary use baby cheese coz add in food only small amount ma.
