Next 派息 mth is in Oct, only 5 more mths to ago. I also consider buying. If $36 now, and reach $42 in Oct, can gain the price difference (17% growth). If I buy 1200 hands (investment amt $43200), and can sell at $50400, I will earn a difference of $7200 in 5 mths, which means investing $43200 can give me a return of $1440 per mth, with a 3%+ monthly return.
Anyone going to buy or already bought 62? Sum see see want to buy, but maybe too early. If each year has $4 息 in total (purchased px at $36.5), will still have 11% annual return, which is very attractive. Maybe can use spare cash to buy and hold for long term.
In year 2007, total 息 is $3.53 (1.58 in May, and 1.95 in Oct). This year 3.58 in May.

I also think MTR is a good company. However, since half of their business is property and half is MTR, short term may not have growth because property is not doing well these days. Maybe 逗息 is good.
