外傭稅只有新約的才有得免交, 舊約顧主的我感覺被歧視.
我對政府感到失望, 強積金政府注資無我份, 外傭稅免交又無我份, 6歲以下獲資助打流感疫苗 都無我份, 但生活物品消息加價我就有份受,所謂中產消費比例上多, 所受的物價上漲影響也多, 但政府的”優惠”就樣樣享受不到, 我不想再去關心社會, 連立法局選舉也不會支持. 好失望!

咁意思係咪叫所有舊約顧主提前解約呀? 我才續約4個月, 個工人都用左好多年都ok, 其實唔太想咁做, 但如我咁做, 係咪可省很多? 我對政府好失望, 我以後不再會支持政府的選舉, 稅單/地租信/其他政府信件我都再唔會check住信箱, 寄失咪寄失囉, 除非佢寄掛號俾我啦!

我仲乖乖的一次過俾晒$9600呢. 做好市民無好回報.
叫人提前解約要做新約, 明益agency & airline啦和可以收visa費用啦.

I renewed my helper's contract in June 07. I still need her in coming few years. Does it mean that I can renew her contract early in August 08 and renew it again in July 10? Then I can enjoy 47 months free of levy.

My helper has been working at my home for 7 years.(staredt from June01). Her contract was renewed last year in June.(before the new salary). So now her salary is still $3400. If I renew her contract early, she can get more every month($3580) and at the same time i can save levy for 47 months. I don't mind to pay her more because she is a really good helper. (It's better to pay to the gov't:;pppp: )


But I want to ask "Is it OK to renew her contract 10 months early?
Under the new policy, she does not need to leave HK. So, I don't need to buy her any tickets. Moreover, both of us do not break the contract(we just renew it earlier), so both parties do not need to pay extra 1 month salary. She can keep working at my home.

For every new contract, my helper helps to do the whole process. As I know, I just need to pay some money to the immg. Dept.(around $700) but I save up 47 months levy.

Again, should i / can I renew her contract earlier? Both of us will win.

我覺得question 1 個答案有d問題. but anyway, 我俾中介人費用又好, 俾機票錢又好, 俾visa fee又好, 我都唔想俾levy 喎!

反而我想問, 係唔係八月一日之後炒唔駛俾埋d levy 呢?!?!

我個工人21/7先到港,我呢頭比左$2400外傭稅攞visa,果頭就話未取visa可免外傭稅. 宜家又話可提前解約再續新約,但就要比一大畢費用+攪一大輪手續,咁攪法,除左益左個工人+中介人公司,我真係睇唔到呢2年我有幾大得益.

Under both parties' agreement, can I cancel the old contract? It doesn't mean that I want to fire her, I just want to make a new contract with her.

Moreover, i never renew the contract through agent. My helper knows the whole progress.
Even I don't pay her money for ticket, she will be OK because she doesn't need to leave HK and she can get new pay ($3580-$3400) $180 more .

我工人個visa正正係16/7當日批出, 我無得選擇之下俾$2400!

今早張建宗仲向商台話無遺忘中產, 政府呢幾年己經派左hk$66000俾中產人士, 我想問問張局長, 我邊有袋到$66000

My case is 100% same as yours!!!! So I am also thinking to "renew" the contract with my helper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell us if it is workable?

為何好地地, 正當人家做正當事, 點解下下要人去行灰色地帶玩手段呢? 明明未完約, 又要令到鼓勵人去解約再請才可免稅. 咁大個特區政府咁都教得出市民玩灰色地帶, 我估可能佢地入面很多事情都係灰色地帶, 好似9a form咁.
