Select "
rvent this program from running, and remove ..." options. See if it works.
Yeemelody & fw5775: update your Windows with lastest security patch. Next, update your anti-virus signature file (NAV or Trend micro)
Yeemelody: Since you are using Norton, try to do this: Start your PC under safe mode by press "F8". Login in as administrator and then start Norton and perform a full scan at least two times to ensure all virus were eliminated.
fw5775: If Trend micro can't clean it, your action should simply "delete" it -- last resort and who cares?! Afterall, it a trojans.
