I use to use one "yellow duck" bought from jusco/apita and the stainless steel looks rusty after awhile. I bought one from"Man Fung homewear" store in Coda Plaza (also one in happyvalley and shau kei wan) that is made in Japan and the cutting part is coated with some sort of coating and the point of the is not so round and I find it very good cutting meat or veges. It also says that it non- stick and has a cap. cost $29.95 or $39.93
