The GP here needs to ! Some GP likes to prescribe antibiotics, they will say you got infection.... while some GP always insist it is virus!!
So I think it somehow depends on luck!

if u said 28th is sunday, then i think 29th is better. i think it wont have much train to run on sunday. and yes there is a direct train from here to manchester airport, so i can stop in somewhere ...
