材料:
A - 室溫牛油 80g
A - 砂糖 90g
B - 低筋粉 100g
B - 發粉 1/2 tsp
C - 蛋 2隻
C - 雲呢那油 1/4 tsp
D - 牛奶 1 – 2 tbsp
6 tbs unsalted butter
1 and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
3/4 plus 2 tbs buttermilk (or 1/2 cup plain yogart and 7 tsp low-fat milk)
1 large egg
7 ounces blueberries
Melt the butter amd set it to cool. Preheat the oven to 200F. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and in a measuring cup beat together the buttermilk, egg and melted butter. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently to combine. Don't worry about lumps. So don't overwork the mixture. Fold in the blueberries. Put paper cups into the muffin mould. Spoon in the mixture then bake for 20 min. Take the baked muffins from the mould and cool them.
