Are you applying the passport in Canada or in HK.
My son's doctor is in HK.
Don't worry, as long as you have seen the doctor/dentist for 2 years, they should sign that for you.
In worse case (very low chance it will happen), you can go to find a notary public to sign for you.
you just got to paid him/her.
When I applied my passport many years ago, since I cannot find a doctor/dentist who had seen me for more than two years. So I just go a find a notary public to sign it, it save a lot of trouble and it is not expensive too.
Ruby06,
We are talking about 集團式的醫生 in HK, they 不肯簽 for this case.
I will apply the passport in HK.
It will be expired within 2 yrs. As my doctor was retired , I have to find another one who is willing to sign. .
I really need to start to "see" a doctor who is willing to sign.
Can you guys send PM to me for a肯簽 family doctor. mouth: mouth:
Many thanks
所以試下D專科醫生, maybe they can help u .
