點解找"短租"咁難?
If you are the landlord, will you want to find a long term 租 or 短租?
For example, the market price of your flat is 10k. If you find a long term 租 for 2 years, you only need to pay half month's for the agent. i.e. 5k
i.e. total income = 235k
If for 短租, say 2 months, you also need to pay 5k for the agent (each time). After 2 months, you may need 1 month (empty) to find another one who rent for another 2 months (and pay the agent 5k again). i.e. For 2 years, you can only get 2/3 or the rent (because the 1/2 time is empty), and pay 8x5k for agent.
i.e. the total income = 160k-40k =120k
Will you do that?
