for first class (somethings also apply to business class),
1. before boarding, you can spend ur time in the first class lounge to kill time. there you can web-surfing, massage, have drinks and snack, magazine...
2. almost a double of the checked lugguage capacity, up to 40kg...which is excellent for a shopping trip.
3. once you step into the flight compartment, the FA will serve you drinks and snack, more chocies of wine, champagne, cocktail etc.
4. the seat can adjust to almost lying on a bed (it's for most common aircraft...for A380, i havent tried yet, maybe much much comfortable)...full set of accessories with better quality...pillow, slippers, eye-mask, neck-pillow, leg warmer.....
5. for the served meal, all the utensils and cultery are real...i mean not plastic fork or spoon...but high quality of brand ceramics...
6. more dishes...and for water, you can order Perrier, Evan or others...
7. sometimes they serve chinese cuisine, they you can enjoy a bowl of chinese hot soup...also for chinese tea or western tea, they will serve you a whole pot instead of a filled cup
8. enough compartment for your handcarry and belongings, also special hanging arrangement for gowns or jacket...no need to stuck with other passenger's stuff overhead.
9. special service if you have anniversary or special occassion celebration...my HB has arranged my favorite COVA cake, flower bouqets, gifts etc...that the airline will arrange pick up service for you before, the cake and your pre-arranged stuff will be kept in good condition secretly, really a surprise to you beloved
10. delicate after-meal dessert, not just sliced fruits...
tell these first, have to think more details, cant recall so much in what a sudden...
the services and meals will be different if your seat is just upgraded instead of paid tickets.
