Thanks to advice of Bluestar and Babesiu, I successfully got the chopped contract from Indo CG yesterday. The process of meeting CG staff was very smooth and could get chopped contract in three days.
Shall proceed to apply new visa for yanyan within this week.
I spent the following amount in renewing the contract:
Indo CG $320
Medical check + doctor's letter $500
Really save a lot of money.
By the way, should I pay the new visa fee or the maid should pay it to ImmD?
For the whole renewing process, I think it takes at least half month to complete all the documentation required by CG, if the maid is smart enough to get the documents from his father/husband. My maid and his father are very efficient. They prepared and sent by registered post the documents in 3-4 days only. You may recall that they have got something wrong with the ID copy (without chop) and wrong name and gender on family card. But, after informing them, they sent us corrected copies in another 3-4 days. Other procedures of declaring guarantee letter in 民政署，issuing letter to Indo agency, performing medical check and completing contract/forms of ImmD can go in parellel.
